Lee Ann Slayton, President of Slayton Consulting, will interview Wendy Mack, author of Leading after Layoffs, and managers from behavioral health agencies that have had to downsize. You will gain specific strategies to treat both the layoff "victims" and "survivors" with dignity, respect, and compassion, while preserving your agency's ability to continue serving your community and clients.
